Christian Schools are run according to Christian principles. Love for Lord is the centre of
Christian education. A school is a place where a child is trained to become a good citizen. But according,
to Christian education, Teach your child the true values of life and show him the right path, so when he
is old, he will not depart from it. (Proverb 22.6)

Parents want their children to go to a Christian school because they share their faith in Jesus,
along with their teachers. The students at Christian schools are not any different from students at public
schools. But at Christian schools children study Bible which gives a positive energy on their everyday
life. They have discussions during their Bible study which helps them a lot and keeps them in the shadow
of Lord.

It may seem traditional but the small things like saying prayers before a football match and
thanking Lord after the match or saying prayers before going to bed cause a great impact on the child s
mind and he will always feel the presence of the Lord in him
.
Character building, self-discipline is learnt along with his academic studies. Christ said, Man
shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that procedth out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4.4)
So all subjects must be taught in a Christian school because it is the word of God.

Christian values taught in a Christian home and reinforced in a Christian school make the child
ready to deal with the difficulties in this world. They make some Christian friends, and follow the true value
of friendship. The teachers come from the same spiritual background and it is easy for the teacher to
give personal attention to each child as the classroom is small and pupils are less in ratio to the students of
a large public school.

According to a survey carried out in America between the private schools and public schools,
the students from religious schools out performed the students in private school in all levels. Christian
schools are expensive but will make your child strong to face the strong winds of life and not fall apart.
Christian schools help the child to understand, live and maintain a personal relationship with the Lord.
